Sales Operation Analyst (Public Sector, with German)

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in finance, economy or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in English and good command of German; Danish is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Reliable, self-disciplined, organized with advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Quick understanding of complex relationships and affinity for numbers
• Ability to work independently with a high quality standard

• Support for business development cost control
• Control and maintenance of our CRM system
• Maintaining the sales funnel, organizing sales funnel meetings and preparing a sales forecast
• Collaboration with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations
• Optimization of tools supporting reporting and planning
• Preparing presentations for the Management Staff
• Operational work with Capgemini systems
