Product Manager: Searchandizing (Remote)

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in e-commerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. The search engine is invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, powering over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by major e-commerce companies such as Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. Constructor is a U.S. based company founded in 2019 by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Searchandizing to drive business by solving customer needs.
• Own the Searchandizing workflow from intent identification to campaign launch, performance review, and iteration.
• Address real jobs of e-commerce merchandisers including launching new products, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth shopping experiences.
• Prove ROI of Searchandizing by driving net revenue for customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand key users, their work processes, and success factors.
• Monitor competition and deliver clear differentiation of Constructor merchandising controls.
• Develop a holistic vision for all tools to curate shopping experience and introduce a framework for team ownership, structure, and growth.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to provide a holistic dashboard experience and synergy between manual curation and algorithmic optimizations.
• Lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, owning the full product cycle from discovery to iteration.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to ensure excellent experience for customers, prospects, GTM teams, and internal stakeholders by setting expectations and providing regular updates on product strategy, roadmaps, and key metrics progress.
