Wymagania
- Experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment
- Exposure to GBS transitions and operational delivery
- Proven PMO experience supporting large transformation programmes
- Experience working across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Well organised and structured in approach
- Able to work effectively in environments where priorities may evolve
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented but able to keep sight of the overall programme objectives
- Proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Obowiązki
- Support governance and delivery across a complex GBS transformation programme
- Produce and maintain programme reporting, including progress tracking and status updates
- Track risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Ensure workstreams follow agreed frameworks, milestones and transition plans
- Maintain programme documentation, controls and reporting cadence
- Support programme meetings, steering committees and other governance forums
