Test Manager (m/f/d) FlexHub Lodz

Commerzbank's internal delivery capability, flexhub, is a team of engineers, architects, analysts, and experts working directly with business units in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Łódź. The team drives high-priority initiatives while building internal expertise that lasts, focusing on engineering solutions without sales targets or utilization pressure.

• Recognised authority in quality leadership with extensive experience in enterprise environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, vendor management, and organisational design.
• Ability to identify risks and implement Agile methodologies.
• Effective management and planning of testing processes.
• Proven ability to lead large units and influence decisions beyond immediate area.
• Precise communication and effective negotiation skills in English.

• Shape the overall test strategy and organisational design for the division.
• Orchestrate the alignment of testing across different clusters and vendors.
• Define the testing standards and governance that all units must follow.
• Set the bar for testing excellence and compliance across the portfolio.
• Facilitate cross-divisional workshops to align on shared environments and goals.
• Lead the response to major quality incidents and define prevention plans.
• Create high-level status reports and quality dashboards for the board.
• Lead the QA leadership community to spread knowledge across flexhub.
• Partner with business leaders to align quality investments with value.
• Identify systemic quality risks and drive large-scale transformation.
