• Advanced proficiency in Java development and best practices.
• In-depth experience with React for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge in designing and developing RESTful Web Services.
• Proficient in SQL for database development and optimization.
• Solid expertise in HTML5 for web application structuring and design.
• Skilled in version control using Git.
• Experience with Unit Testing, ensuring reliability and maintainability of code.
• Strong understanding of Object-oriented Design principles for scalable and modular solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows.

• Shape the overall system architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Orchestrate the integration of complex legacy systems with modern cloud-native services.
• Define the coding standards and patterns that all teams must follow.
• Set the bar for code quality and security across multiple development squads.
• Facilitate cross-team technical workshops to align on shared dependencies.
• Lead the response to major incidents and define stability patterns like circuit breakers.
• Create high-level system maps and data flow documentation for auditors.
• Lead technical communities of practice to spread knowledge across flexhub.
• Partner with business leaders to align technical investments with business value.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and drive large-scale refactoring initiatives.
