Fullstack Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within the DevX Analytics & Insights team, which provides metrics and analytical products to drive change in DevOps practices across the organization.

• 7+ years of experience in production application development in .NET ecosystems, including front-end development (preferably React)
• Proficiency in C# and Web API development, with strong knowledge of scalable and secure backend services
• Hands-on experience with React, building dynamic and high-performance web applications
• Expertise in database design and SQL (SQL Server), including advanced T-SQL scripting and performance tuning
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation)
• Strong understanding of SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS) for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Participate in software architecture design and lead UI changes to improve UX and application stability
• Implement solutions following best design patterns and coding standards
• Analyze requirements, recommend improvements, and create clear documentation
• Develop application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle and actively contribute to automation and process improvements
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver appropriate solutions
