Security Engineering Documentation Specialist

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within a mid-sized engineering team working on PKI and certificate management solutions, involving drafting technical documentation, supporting deployment and maintenance, and collaborating on engineering tasks across multiple platforms. The team works on both internal and external products, ensuring compliance with best practices and continuous process improvement.

• Experience in drafting technical documents and performing software testing.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of PKI, certificates, certificate authorities, and registration authorities.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Splunk, Postman).
• Understanding of release management and deployment tools (GitHub, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of SDLC best practices and tools.
• Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL).
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (RBAC, Privileged Access Management).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (ServiceNow for incident & change management).
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (VMware, Windows/Linux, Firewalls, Networks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently with clear milestones and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strongly desired:

• Venafi TPP knowledge and experience (including Venafi for SSH key discovery).

Nice to have:

• Experience in large organizations, preferably in the financial sector.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design and implementation documents, test specifications, and reports.
• Participate in deployment and maintenance of engineering solutions.
• Collaborate on software development, testing, and release management.
• Support automation and integration activities using modern tools and frameworks.
