Functional Support Analyst LOAN IQ

Scalo is involved in projects related to the maintenance and development of the LoanIQ system in the area of structured finance.

• Higher education in banking/finance or IT
• Experience working with the LoanIQ system or in structured finance
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish (C1 level)
• Ability to analyze problems and independently propose solutions
• Experience in operational work or IT user support
• Ability to work with documentation and maintain its quality and currency
• Good collaboration skills with international teams, stakeholders, testers, and product teams
• Basic knowledge of SQL (simple queries) is a plus
• Responsibility for quality, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement
• Knowledge of French is an additional advantage

• Participation in a project related to the maintenance and development of the LoanIQ system in structured finance
• Supporting users and analyzing reports
• Monitoring the production environment
• Handling incidents and cooperating with international teams
• Preparing documentation and performing sanity checks after deployments
• Acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for a selected Feature Team
• Hybrid work in a modern office in central Warsaw 2-3 times a week
