AI Architect

Rite NRG is a vibrant outsourcing technology company focused on empowering businesses through innovative software solutions. The project involves building vertical AI solutions for a UK financial services organisation, engineering reliable AI systems that work seamlessly in a regulated environment.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, including designing and delivering production systems end-to-end.
• Experience with graph technologies and applying graphs to solve non-linear and relational data problems is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production ML/LLM systems.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, model trade-offs, and reliability patterns.
• Ability to design scalable architectures and take accountability for technical decisions.
• Pragmatic delivery mindset with strong ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Evidence of custom model work or research contributions (portfolio, repositories, shipped systems, publications).
• Fluency in Polish and advanced English (B2/C1).

• Architect and build production-grade AI systems, including retrieval pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and engineered workflows.
• Lead greenfield AI initiatives end-to-end: data processing, modelling strategy, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Audit and optimise existing AI features for performance, accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
• Establish evaluation and quality standards suitable for regulated environments, including metrics, regression testing, traceability, and failure-mode handling.
• Apply graph-based approaches for entity linking, non-linear reasoning, and risk/compliance signals.
• Mentor engineers and set best practices for AI development, deployment, and maintainability.
• Translate complex product and domain requirements into clear technical plans and execution.
