Avaloq QA Engineer

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. provides services for the Avaloq platform client under the "Change-the-Bank" project with a contract until November 2026 and expected annual extensions. The team works in smaller Agile/SCRUM PODs with frequent interactions with client stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Avaloq system.
• Practical experience in testing and knowledge of business processes in at least one of the following areas: securities operations, customer relationship management, object model, cash operations (including payments), clearing and reconciliation, loans, portfolio management, accounting, costs and fees, Avaloq front platform, interfaces and integration.
• Good knowledge of relational database logic (Oracle) and SQL.
• Good knowledge of the Avaloq software development process, including previous experience with JIRA.
• Knowledge of the testing process, including activities, reporting, and necessary actions for SIT and UAT.
• Experience working with TestMaster (test automation).
• Ability to work independently and in a team, good organization, and task-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge in finance and familiarity with banking products and processes.
• Avaloq Certified Customization Professional certificate – Core specialization.
• Fluent Polish language skills and location in Poland.

• Testing the Avaloq system using TestMaster.
• Understanding testing processes and reporting results.
• Supporting the client during UAT testing.

Work location is fully remote with occasional office presence. Recruitment process includes interviews with manager and internal Avaloq expert; skill assessment may be waived for known candidates. Contract initially for 12 months with expected extensions.
