Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. This role is part of the Developer Experience (DevX) Standards and Controls team within the Chief Technology Office, focused on building solutions to improve engineering experience around compliance and standards.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum).
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to manage change to deliver measurable benefits for customers and stakeholders.
• Proven experience working across regions in a global environment.

• Experience with software inventory.
• Knowledge of software agent roll-out and adoption.
• Familiarity with technology controls and software development lifecycle.

• Plan, mobilize, and direct projects from definition to closure, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits.
• Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio in Standards and Controls.
• Engage stakeholders across regions while maintaining a global perspective.
• Support adoption of new tools and processes across multiple teams.
