Wymagania

  • Degree in IT or relevant experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow/TfSNow Platform including technology, development, integration modules, Service Portal, ServiceNow API.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist are a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and XML.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) to discuss technical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on high-quality results.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work on own initiative.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work well in a team.

Obowiązki

Platform Development:

  • Design, build, and test new features and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Handle everything from simple field changes to complex scripting and workflow automation.

Support & Maintenance:

  • Take ownership of technical queries and platform health.
  • Help with platform version updates and manage the cloning process between environments.
  • Support Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management ITSM modules.
  • Investigate and fix critical platform issues during major incidents.

Customer Excellence:

  • Communicate clearly with users to understand their requirements.
  • Ensure technical solutions solve business problems and meet service standards.

Process Improvement:

  • Follow team processes and suggest ways to improve speed and reliability.

Independent Work:

  • Manage own tasks and deadlines.
  • Investigate complex bugs, find root causes, and resolve them with minimal supervision.

Teamwork & Training:

  • Work closely with the team to solve problems.
  • Help train junior colleagues and share knowledge.

Continuous Learning:

  • Keep ServiceNow skills up to date.
  • Learn about new releases and pass required ServiceNow certification exams.
