Infiniband Network Engineer

NVIDIA is a technology company with over 25 years of experience in computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing. The company is focused on AI and building large and fast AI Factory systems worldwide. The role is part of the Professional Services team working on AI Factory infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years providing in-depth support or deployment services of Infiniband networks.
• Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting an Infiniband Network.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision.

Ways to stand out from crowd:

• Infiniband Network certifications.
• Experience with Ethernet networking (configuring and troubleshooting).
• Linux experience.

• Deploy, manage, and maintain the Infiniband Network of AI Factory infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers.
• Act as the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
• Create handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customers.
• Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
