Obowiązki
- Drive Performance: Coach teams, manage dynamics, and ensure high productivity through Lean metrics.
- Remove Roadblocks: Actively clear impediments and shield the team from distractions.
- Facilitate: Lead all ceremonies (Stand-ups, Planning, Retros) and support the PO in backlog/scope management.
- Optimize: Own JIRA configuration, CI/release processes, and continuous improvement.
