PMO (Portfolio Oversight Management)

The role is within the banking industry, focused on providing comprehensive oversight and management of the Portfolio Oversight Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder communication regarding the SREP EBA LOM remediation efforts.

• Proven experience in PMO oversight within Nordea.
• Strong knowledge of the responsibilities described in the role.
• Excellent drive and flexibility, indicated by quick learning abilities (Master’s degree preferred).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills tailored for senior management interactions.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory SREP EBA LOM requirements.
• Knowledge in credit risk management.
• Experience within the banking and data sectors.

• Support Management in consolidating and assessing the progress of SREP EBA LOM remediation.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing information and status updates.
• Oversee and control progress aligned with project plans.
• Act as the primary escalation point for governance and steering communication.
• Implement project management methods and tools to support initiative management and deliver coaching.
• Provide professional ad-hoc reporting support.
• Manage oversight of funding needs and SIS processes.
• Prepare overall consolidated reports.
