ERP Consultant, CG&S (ICH Europe)

• 2–7 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to consumer goods / FMCG business environments is a plus.
• Hands-on involvement in SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC).
• Understanding of SAP functional domains such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or related modules.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and test coordination.
• Exposure to release management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
• Structured risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills in client-facing environments.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or SAP-related certifications are advantageous.

• Support delivery of large-scale, business-critical IT transformation programs for consumer goods clients.
• Contribute to structured planning, governance, testing, release management, and deployment activities across complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and external partners to ensure delivery transparency, risk control, and high-quality execution throughout the program lifecycle from requirements alignment through go-live and stabilization.
