Obowiązki

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for customers using products
  • Assist customers with understanding product features, functionalities, and usage
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
  • Collect customer feedback to improve products and services continuously
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and technology
