Obowiązki
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for customers using products
- Assist customers with understanding product features, functionalities, and usage
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services continuously
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and technology
