Wymagania
- Fluency in Czech and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, preferred
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries while delivering high standard of service
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and desire to help customers secure their digital environments
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
Obowiązki
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and support requests
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and enhance service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity
