Obowiązki

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity inquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and support requests
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and enhance service delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity
