(fluent Ukrainian) Full-Stack Web Developer (Headless WordPress)

SupportYourApp is an international Support-as-a-Service company providing technical and customer support services and customer experience improvement services for over 15 years. The company has a team of over 1300 specialists, supports clients in 60 languages worldwide, collaborates with leaders like MasterCard, Calm, and MacPaw, and develops innovative products such as Quidget.

• At least 3 years of experience in fullstack web development
• Confident knowledge of PHP 8+
• English language proficiency at Intermediate+ (B1+) level
• Experience with WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API)
• Experience with headless CMS approach
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and Webpack
• Practical experience optimizing performance (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP)
• Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability)
• Experience with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar)
• Understanding of web security best practices (basic OWASP principles)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD
• Experience with A/B testing for evaluating changes and product optimization
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and manage tasks in tracking systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively between technical and marketing teams, translating business tasks into technical solutions
• Result-oriented and able to complete projects within deadlines

• Experience with CDN
• Experience with server-side tracking

• Develop and maintain headless WordPress architecture
• Optimize website performance, especially for mobile

• Maintain CI/CD processes
