IT Test Manager - Regular/Senior

• 5 years of experience of test management in agile (SAFe) software development
• High level understanding of test automation (what and when to automate, understand the effort needed for test automation maintenance)
• High level understanding of non-functional testing
• Hands-on experience in SQL queries and ETL validation.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands for ETL execution.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with JIRA and qTest.
• Practical experience with Python for database automation testing (for Regression testing).
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience working with Bamboo CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Good Knowledge/experience on test planning/Test strategy documents

• Report test status to management and courage to bring up (testing) roadblocks
• Plan & execute system test.
• Coordinate UAT
• Secure early enough test data
