Wymagania

Expert in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, GIT.
Strong professional experience in T-SQL and DAX.
Professional experience using Python for ML and data wrangling.
Experience in one or more Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI (preferred).
Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics.
Experience in data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources.
Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers.
Excellent presentation skills.
ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management.
Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe).
Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar.
Proven work experience with minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
Fluency in English (C2 level at least).

Increasing IT Stability by identifying, quantifying and mitigating IT issues and risks using Advanced Analytics (predictive / prescriptive analytics - Machine Learning and more) to prevent or reduce risks or provide service improvement plans into CSI.
Automating the IT Ops reporting area, including Suppliers’ Performance by implementing Generative AI self-reporting solutions.
Automated root cause identification of business critical IT systems instability.
Minimizing MTRS and/or probability of reoccurring incidents or probability of a change to cause an incident by building Neural Network setting optimal values of ML factors.
Developing Generative AI models of fully automated, customized self-reporting solutions using AI.
Supporting Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Operational Service Improvement, Suppliers Performance Management/Suppliers’ Supervision, Service Areas/Domains.
Developing and maintaining solutions in Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric.
Co-creating novel ideas with stakeholders.
Co-building a future Insights Data Analytics service.
Working with hypotheses to prove or reject business statements.
Hypothesis testing and designing statistical models.
Building advanced reports and dashboards.
Analyzing, processing and modeling data, interpreting results to create actionable insights.
Ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices.
Working within SAFe Scrum Team with aligned autonomy.
