Senior Flutter Developer

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. The company focuses on developing modern cross-platform applications using Flutter for mobile, web, and desktop platforms. The project emphasizes high performance, code quality, and excellent UX, with close collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.

• Higher education in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
• Very good production experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience designing and developing cross-platform applications (Mobile: iOS/Android, Web, Desktop).
• Practical knowledge of state management (preferably Riverpod).
• Experience with Clean Architecture and architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM).
• Ability to write readable, scalable, and testable code.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Strong knowledge of application performance and optimization.
• Ability to work independently with ownership approach.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (preferably C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience with custom render objects and platform channels in Flutter.
• Experience with desktop applications (macOS, Windows).
• Participation in defining coding standards and architectural decisions (ADR).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Mentoring junior developers and active participation in code reviews.

• Take architectural responsibility for the development of cross-platform applications.
• Collaborate closely with product teams and designers to ensure technical and business vision alignment.
• Develop and maintain modern cross-platform applications based on Flutter.
• Write clear, scalable, and testable code.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in mentoring junior developers and code reviews.
• Define coding standards and architectural decisions (ADR).
