Product Designer

Full Stack House is a small but growing software house started in November 2023. The team includes experienced engineers and focuses on quality code, solid development processes, and modern tools. The company works on diverse projects including e-learning platforms, SaaS applications, and client projects ranging from MVPs to feature expansions.

• Experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (web and/or mobile)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
• Experience with design systems and component-based design thinking
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working closely with developers and product owners
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on understanding the "why" behind design decisions

Nice to have:

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience in SaaS, e-learning, or media products

• Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant, functional designs
• Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts quickly and communicate ideas effectively to the team
• Iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders, always pushing for better solutions
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying UX opportunities and advocating for the user at every stage

• Salary: 8,000 - 16,400 PLN per month (50 - 100 PLN per hour)
