Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer

The Client provides comprehensive operational support and expert services to leading insurers, brokers, fleet managers, and automotive manufacturers. With 3,300 employees across ten countries, they serve over 1,200 clients, helping the global insurance market handle millions of claims annually. The Client is undergoing a transformation program leveraging cloud computing and advanced design patterns.

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft development stack including .NET C# and SQL Server T-SQL
• Experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, Angular
• Knowledge of Azure, SOLID principles, Microservices architecture, Design principles, Jira
• Experience working with Scrum methodology in various contexts

Nice to have:

• Up to 1 year of experience with GenAI
• Understanding of performance, scalability, and security requirements in online commerce

• Provide knowledge, help, and mentoring to other team members
• Be responsible for the technical side of the team’s delivery
• Act as a tech leader for the team
• Work on business requests and development improvements
• Develop, test, document, and maintain the application backend
• Build scalable and reusable code
• Provide realistic estimates for requests, fixes, and new ideas
