You ensure the smooth, reliable operation of our M365/O365 environment and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Manage daily operations of the M365/O365 environment
• Support users across Windows and Apple devices
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests
• Perform system health checks and quality assurance
• Align with the client to maintain a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplace
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
