Wymagania

  • 7–10 years of experience with MS Office / M365 / O365.
  • Administrative knowledge of M365/O365 technologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and servant-leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Solid Microsoft Windows skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German.

Obowiązki

  • Run standard operations for M365/O365 services.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support M365/O365 usage on Windows and Apple mobile devices.
  • Handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
  • Perform regular system health checks and align parameter updates.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
  • Work closely with the client on operational alignment.
  • Identify and propose automation opportunities.
