UX Research Intern

• Currently enrolled in a post graduate University degree in Interaction Design, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field.
• Basic understanding of one or a few research methods, with a willingness to learn.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability and experience to work independently, take initiative, be highly organized, creative, curious and insightful.
• Strong and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to meet remotely with teammates and customers in different time zones.
• Some visual communication skills to put together compelling presentations or video clips.
• Bonus if you have SQL skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland.
• Must be located in Poland for the full duration of the internship.

• Working on UX research projects either independently or in partnership with a UX Researcher, including planning, collecting data, doing research and analysis, synthesizing and sharing the work.
• Working closely alongside UX Researchers globally with opportunities to collaborate with the broader Product Development team.
• Participating in projects to help inform the Product Development team's future work.
• Participating in regular design critiques and standup meetings.
• Translating insights and research artifacts into shareable material across the department.
• Learning in-depth about research processes and the fundamentals of UX Research with potential application on smaller projects.

• Hybrid work model with part of the week in the local office and part remote.
• Internship duration of 12 weeks starting in July 2026.
• Annualized base salary range of zł98,280.00.
• Potential eligibility for bonus, benefits, or related incentives communicated during the offer stage.
