Obowiązki
- Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for data analytics inquiries
- Assist clients with understanding services, product features, and usage
- Troubleshoot technical issues and address customer inquiries promptly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in data analytics
