Wymagania

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or data analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in data analytics and helping customers derive value from data
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus

Obowiązki

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for data analytics inquiries
  • Assist clients with understanding services, product features, and usage
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and address customer inquiries promptly
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and offerings
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates in data analytics
