Wymagania
- Between zero and one year of commercial experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Strong passion for building good products and familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini) to enhance personal output and research capabilities, with critical awareness of quality, bias, and accuracy.
- Openness and readiness to engage with users in person or via video calls to understand needs and test assumptions.
- Innate curiosity and a customer-first mentality, focusing on problem solving beyond feature building.
- Fluency in English.
Obowiązki
- Partner with experienced product managers to drive continuous discovery, conduct user research, analyze data, and define clear problem statements.
- Engage directly with users, including professionals running businesses and their clients, to gather feedback and verify hypotheses.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to translate user needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery of features that delight users.
- Contribute in an environment valuing continuous learning, curiosity, and data-informed problem-solving.
- Experiment with and champion the use of AI tools to improve customer experience, streamline workflows, and accelerate delivery from concept to launch.

Applicants must be based in Poland for this role. The program is 100% remote and open to candidates with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
