Full-Stack Product Engineer (Remote Europe)

• 5+ years expertise with 3+ years React Next.js & PHP Laravel experience
• Daily use of AI tools: Cursor IDE, Claude Code, and Figma MCP integrated into workflow
• Demonstrable AI productivity multipliers with complex features shipped in days
• Strong technical foundation in React, Next.js, PHP, Laravel, Unit Tests, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, Socket.io, Git
• Docker experience for local development setup and deployment
• Experience with high-load systems and complex real-time architectures
• Excellent collaboration skills for hyper-velocity development environments

Non-negotiables:

• Active daily use of Cursor as primary development environment
• Claude Code integrated for all coding tasks
• Production experience with Figma MCP workflows
• Concrete examples of 5-10x development speed improvements through AI
