AI Data Agent Developer & Consultant (Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry)

Technical:

• Proven track record building AI Data agents in Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns
• Understanding of Azure environment and enterprise data sources
• Ability to work with both structured (SQL, APIs) and unstructured data (documents, PDFs)

Training & Communication:

• Proven experience delivering trainings or workshops
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple language
• Strong presentation skills
• Fluent Polish & English

Nice to have:

• Power BI and T-SQL knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Databricks
• Knowledge of data governance & security models
• Experience in enterprise ERP environments (SAP)

AI Agent Development (core):

• Design and implement AI Data agents and multi-agent systems using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Build RAG-based solutions integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data
• Design prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and grounding approaches
• Create PoCs and demo scenarios for client engagements
• Collaborate with security and IT teams on governance and compliance

Data & Analytics (context):

• Work with enterprise data sources: SQL, APIs, documents, SharePoint
• Understand data architectures (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Fabric) well enough to ground agents effectively
• Support data modeling and reporting initiatives where needed

Training & Client Enablement:

• Deliver Copilot and AI Data agent trainings (basic to advanced)
• Prepare training materials and hands-on labs
• Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise
