Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python, React)

Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company started in Poland in 2017. The team has over 140 people with offices in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Cracow. They work with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe.

• At least 5+ years working as a Fullstack Engineer in commercial projects.
• Proficient in Python (preferably 3.x).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Knowledge of Django (DRF and Django ORM).
• Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Snowflake, or Oracle.
• Eager to work with cloud environments, preferably GCP.
• Fluent English (C1) for seamless work in an international environment.
• Located in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.

Nice to have:

• Many years' experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with other Python frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
• Interest in Life Sciences and Drug Discovery.

• Work equally on frontend and backend sides using React 18, TypeScript, Python 3.8+, and Django.
• Cooperate daily with experienced engineers in an international environment.
• Participate in sprint level planning as well as quarterly and annual planning.
• Influence new feature design and requirements.
• Work in a small team (4-6 people) using some elements of Scrum with minimal meetings.
