Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS)

Digital New Agency is undergoing a real infrastructure transformation, moving from an operations-heavy setup toward a modern platform model where development teams own their services and infrastructure becomes repeatable, automated, and predictable. The role involves working in a small, experienced engineering setup with daily standups and close collaboration with product and development teams.

• Strong hands-on AWS experience with multiple services and real production exposure
• Solid Terraform experience (Terragrunt is a plus)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• At least 5 years in Infrastructure / DevOps / SRE roles
• High ownership, strong communication, and transparency

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., PCI-DSS)
• Exposure to platform engineering concepts
• Experience with Datadog, Snowflake, Kafka
• Ability to write production-level code in at least one language

• Design and evolve AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, VPC, S3, WAF, CloudFront, Cognito, API Gateway, etc.)
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / Terragrunt
• Design and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Improve observability using CloudWatch and Datadog
• Act as infrastructure partner for development teams
• Propose architectural improvements aligned with compliance and business needs
• Participate in on-call duty (24/7 once a week for approximately 5 weeks)
• Automate and reduce repetitive operational work
