• Experience as a Data Analyst with proficient knowledge of the software change production process (SDLC) and software development methodologies in large financial organizations (5-8 years)
• Practical experience with tools for data analysis, processing, and visualization (SQL, Excel, Metabase, Power BI) and AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Practical knowledge of IT processes and standards including Incident & Problem Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment, Service Request Management (ITIL), and DevOps
• Ability to work with data from development tools and define and aggregate efficiency indicators (e.g., DORA, SPACE)
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple, understandable language
• High communication skills and willingness to teach others
• Service provision in a hybrid model with at least 1 day in the office
• Service provision from the territory of Poland

• Knowledge of DORA metrics

• Identification and analysis of data sets from tools, including data quality assessment
• Creating SQL queries and configuring views for performance indicators
• Defining methods for measuring efficiency and reporting mechanisms
• Monitoring efficiency, analyzing data trends including limitations affecting indicator interpretation
• Developing methods for presenting and reporting variability in development efficiency
• Analyzing IT development processes, recommending and implementing actions to optimize team experiences and development efficiency
• Creating an internal knowledge base regarding indicator definitions, data sources, assumptions, and limitations
• Ongoing collaboration with development teams and stakeholders, explaining definitions, meanings, and interpretation rules of indicators
