Senior Data Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in IT & Software Validation (CSV, GAMP)
• Experience leading validation for projects and system maintenance
• Strong knowledge of SDLC in regulated industries
• Experience authoring and reviewing validation plans, reports, risk assessments, and test documentation
• Familiarity with CFR 21 Part 11, EU Annex 11 and global inspection requirements
• Experience with Lean and/or Agile methodologies
• Higher education degree in IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or relevant pharma experience
• Fluent SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferred: Tableau)
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate data into business insights and strategic decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and persistent problem solver
• Proactive, self-driven, and experienced in agile/Scrum environments

• Translate business needs into technical specifications, data models, and KPIs

• Explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders
