Junior PMO with German | Systems Delivery & Modernization

Deloitte is offering a position involving work with globally recognized brands and top-tier clients, focusing on systems delivery and modernization.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Confident communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior stakeholders
• Experience in project support, administration, customer service, or an executive assistant role
• A degree in Economics, Management, or a related field
• Solid command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
• Exposure to process automation, data visualization, or reporting
• Curiosity about AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation tools

• Synthesize complex information into clear insights that drive decisions
• Build and maintain project trackers including tasks, owners, deliverables, and milestones
• Create periodic and ad-hoc reports for leadership
• Support project managers with documentation and reporting
• Identify and drive operational improvements through process enhancements
• Ensure team processes and standards are consistently followed
