• Define and manage Mainframe (IBMz) security projects and processes.
• Execute the delivery of the Mainframe (IBMz) Security Framework.
• Operate as the first line of defense to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Define cybersecurity control requirements for the Mainframe (IBMz) security domain in policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, including IT Operations, Software Delivery, Internal Audit, and external security solution providers.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in processes and tooling.
• Adapt and improve practices to enhance both controls and efficiency.
