Wymagania

  • 7+ years in DevOps, Platform, or Build Engineering specializing in large-scale CI/CD and developer workflow optimization.
  • Expertise in designing and operating production CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
  • Proven leadership in observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger/Tempo, OpenTelemetry, Honeycomb.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Golang for automation and internal tools.
  • Deep knowledge of modern build and packaging technologies including Docker, container optimization, caching, and artifact management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives establishing CI/CD governance, quality gates, and compliance at scale.
  • Hands-on architect capable of guidance and implementation.
  • Relevant certifications such as DevOps, Kubernetes are a plus.
  • Experience with AWS.

Obowiązki

  • Lead CI/CD strategy and execution to drive fast, reliable, and secure delivery pipelines.
  • Architect delivery systems by evolving build systems, release workflows, and automation frameworks for scalable software delivery.
  • Own observability by defining and implementing unified logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and SLO-based operations.
  • Develop internal tooling to boost developer productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with development teams to optimize builds, standardize environments, and improve SDLC automation.
  • Standardize CI/CD by creating and maintaining reusable templates, libraries, and best practices using tools like GitLab CI, Flux, and Helm.
  • Provide incident leadership with senior, hands-on troubleshooting and long-term remediation for major delivery or observability incidents.
  • Integrate platform systems ensuring delivery systems integrate seamlessly with Kubernetes and cloud services.
  • Mentor and coach teams to elevate standards and enable self-service capabilities in CI/CD and observability domains.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating, recommending, and implementing new technologies to improve build performance, observability, and delivery reliability.
