Data Analyst (data modeling)

The team consists of about 170 experienced programmers, testers, and business analysts collaborating with leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad. Since 2023, FINANTEQ has been part of the Senacor Technologies AG group, a leading provider of consulting and technology services specializing in advanced digital platforms across banking, insurance, automotive, and public sectors in the DACH region.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Higher education in IT, mathematics, physics, or related fields
• Experience in data analysis and data modeling
• Very good knowledge of Office 365
• Ability to use data query tools, especially SQL
• Communicative proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 methodology
• Practical experience with Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry specifics
• Experience with tools and technologies: SqlDBM, Collibra, dbt, Snowflake, AWS S3

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements in the reporting area (e.g., feeding Data Marts) based on review of existing reports and processes
• Identifying and exploring data from source systems (analyzing structures, formats, and flows to the staging layer)
• Mapping data and designing information flows (from sources to reporting layer) to precisely meet business needs
• Designing and modeling data for central Business Data Vault and Raw Vault, including creating documentation and defining business glossary
• Defining data transformation logic—from source systems, through Raw and Business Vault layers, to target structures and semantics of Data Marts
• Close cooperation with technical and business teams and support in testing data models and processing chains (end-to-end: from source to final report)
