Senior Cloud Engineer

• Proven experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer or related position with technical mentorship experience.
• Experience in Continuous Delivery and coding in Python, Shell, Bash.
• Strong background in build and release management with CI tools such as GitLab Runners and Jenkins.
• Expertise in Linux (Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Skilled in Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, and automation including unit testing.
• Ability to design and support build, deployment, and configuration management systems using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt.
• Good understanding of telemetry practices including monitoring, graphing, alerting, and anomaly detection.
• Understanding of networking concepts, technologies, and protocols (TCP/IP, IPSec, HTTP, FTP, DHCP, DNS) and experience with Palo Alto, Cumulus, and F5.
• Expertise with software build tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience running software in production and supporting security administration processes within a cloud-dev-ops context.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Build, manage, and improve AWS/cloud capabilities, focusing on automation and continuous delivery.
• Lead and consult with on-site teams to implement and automate best practices.
• Share knowledge and improve team maturity in operational practices.
• Oversee platform backlog grooming, planning, and process automation.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistent implementation of IAAS, PAAS, and tooling standards.
• Maintain common pipelines, production paths, and shared standards and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align platform vision with infrastructure strategies and Open Source/vendor technology.

• Flexible and agile working with a blend of working from home and office in Kraków.
