Analityk – Guidewire

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. The company focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Guidewire platform.
• 4–5 years of experience in business analysis (excluding junior positions).
• Practical knowledge of Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD) on-premise version.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and processes in the insurance sector.
• Ability to create process and product documentation.
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with insurance systems is an additional advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Ability to create process diagrams and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

• Analyze and document business requirements in the area of insurance products.
• Create and modify products, underwriting rules, and premium calculation mechanisms in the Guidewire APD system.
• Design policy servicing processes and product forms in the system.
• Collaborate with the IT team on implementing changes and system configuration.
• Prepare test scenarios, verify implemented products, and report detected errors.
• Create and continuously update product and process documentation.

• Salary: 20,200–23,500 PLN per month.
