ECUMENE GAMES is a Polish studio developing high-quality historical action-adventure titles with AA ambition. Their flagship project ECUMENE: AZTEC achieved 60M+ global views and strong organic traction, with a roadmap toward Vertical Slice, potential Early Access, and full release. They are co-developing LIGHTSHADOW: THE FATHER in partnership with UNSIN STUDIO.

Wymagania

  • Proven experience in fundraising, investment sales, venture capital, startup finance, or M&A
  • Demonstrated track record of closing investment deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in representing a company in high-level meetings
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum)
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution

Nice to have:

  • Experience raising capital for a game, tech, creative, or startup project
  • Experience working with investors outside your core industry
  • Experience negotiating publisher agreements
  • Experience with public markets or stock exchange processes
  • Experience in acquiring public grants (e.g. EU, national programs)
  • Experience writing funding applications and participating in fund settlement/reporting
  • Understanding of game development pipelines

Obowiązki

  • Identifying and acquiring investors in Poland and global markets
  • Actively sourcing investors outside the gaming industry (HNWIs, entrepreneurs, family offices, private capital)
  • Structuring and negotiating revenue-share and equity deals
  • Conducting online and in-person 1:1 meetings with potential investors
  • Representing the studio at networking events, conferences, pitch sessions, and industry fairs in Poland and abroad
  • Building relationships with companies and strategic partners
  • Initiating and managing conversations with publishers
  • Managing investor funnel (CRM, pipeline, follow-ups)
  • Supporting Seed / Series A preparation
  • Identifying and applying for public funding programs (national & EU)
  • Writing or coordinating grant applications and supporting their financial reporting and settlement
  • Coordinating with CEO and legal advisors on deal structuring
