For our client, a modern European bank combining traditional financial services with innovative technology, we are currently looking for a Credit Risk Business Analyst. The client helps businesses integrate banking services like payments, loans, and accounts directly into their platforms. They are part of a large international banking group and play a key role in developing digital banking solutions across Europe.
Wymagania
- 3 to 6 years of experience in credit risk, credit policy, or credit operations, particularly in unsecured products (e.g. cash loans, credit cards, BNPL)
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Knowledge of the Polish banking sector
- Good understanding of scoring models, credit bureau data, and SQL
- Strong communication skills, good work organization, and proactive approach
- Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in a relevant field
Obowiązki
- Creating and implementing credit policies and risk assessment rules for BaaS partners from design to ongoing performance monitoring
- Participating in early-stage credit risk analysis and cooperating with sales team and external partners
- Ensuring policies comply with regulatory requirements and group-level risk strategy
- Assessing quality of BaaS partners' credit portfolios
- Designing and optimizing credit processes including creditworthiness assessment, eligibility criteria, and scoring rules
- Coordinating testing and resolving technical issues with IT and analytics teams
- Monitoring portfolio performance (KPIs, trends, delinquency levels, acceptance rates) and recommending corrective actions
- Ensuring BaaS projects comply with local consumer credit regulations
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting internal and external audits and regulatory reviews
