• Proven experience in leading and delivering cross-functional digital or UX-related projects end-to-end.
• Strong project management capability, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in multi-market or complex matrix environments.
• Solid hands-on UX experience with a clear understanding of consumer journeys and digital experience optimization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common objective.
• Structured, delivery-oriented mindset with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
• Passion for improving consumer experience with a data-first mindset and enthusiasm for emerging trends in UX and CRO.

• Own and manage the Central Europe UX & CRO project roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic priorities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of UX initiatives from scoping and prioritization through deployment, post-launch evaluation, and UX data reporting.
• Establish and maintain structured project governance including timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Leverage tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Neurons, and Adobe Target to inform decision-making and validate impact.
• Standardize best practices and scalable delivery frameworks across markets in Central Europe and beyond.
• Ensure technical feasibility and smooth deployment in collaboration with Marketing Technology, IT, Content, Analytics, and development teams.
