Transformation Project Lead

Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific is seeking a Transformation Project Lead to support the evolution of its operational model within the supply chain environment.

• Experience in supply-chain-related process improvements or transformation projects (global exposure is a plus).
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Solid analytical and project-management skills.
• Basic understanding of change-management principles.
• Strong communication skills and ease in facilitating discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or similar.

• Support the rollout of a harmonized Center of Competence (CoC) operating model across regions.
• Lead and coordinate practical transformation and process-improvement projects in planning, logistics, or operations.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital tools, automation steps, and data-driven enhancements.
• Track project progress, timelines, KPIs, and documentation requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with global and regional stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and help teams adopt new ways of working.
