Wymagania
- Experience in designing data architecture and building relational databases in low-code environments (e.g., Airtable).
- Ability to map business processes and translate them into automated workflow scenarios (Make/API).
- Knowledge of Customer Engagement systems (e.g., User.com, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) in managing customer lifecycle.
- Result-oriented approach focusing on real clients (sign-ups) rather than clicks.
Obowiązki
- Build and optimize a modern "engine" for Grupa UM by designing processes that ensure a smooth, automated, and data-driven path from initial website sign-up to becoming a student.
- Design and implement automation within the User.com + Airtable + Make.com ecosystem.
- Manage sales funnels (B2C and B2B) and optimize conversion rates (CRO).
- Design and optimize data flow between CRM systems and internal systems to ensure full data integrity and automate document circulation.
- Integrate systems mainly via API.
- Analyze campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focusing on ROAS and LTV.
