- Proven track record in operational roles within academic publishing, with a deep understanding of current industry shifts.
- Skilled in diplomacy and negotiation, capable of building trust and managing challenging stakeholder conversations.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to navigate urgent situations and competing priorities with sound judgment.
- Experienced in managing high-volume data and utilizing flowcharts and spreadsheets to optimize workflows.
- Strong background in cross-functional projects, focusing on initiative-taking and driving results in target-led environments.
Obowiązki
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure the team consistently meets efficiency and quality targets.
- Resolve complex peer review issues, ensuring timely execution and process integrity.
- Inspire and mentor Specialists through regular feedback, performance appraisals, and tailored growth plans.
- Draft and refine peer review procedures to align with evolving industry standards and company philosophy.
- Act as the key interface for the peer review team, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align competing priorities.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset to streamline workflows and enhance delivery strategies.
- Partner with Product teams to define development requirements that boost both customer satisfaction and operational goals.
