• German language proficiency at C1+ level
• 10+ years of experience in Banking or Asset Management Back Office operations
• Strong understanding of Static Data, Transaction Management, Settlements, Reporting, and related processes
• Proven project experience in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Technology on transformation projects

• Serve as the Functional Lead for a Back Office transformation program in Banking or Asset Management
• Work closely with Technology teams throughout all stages of the transformation
• Provide functional oversight, support solution validation, and guide process design
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across operations and technology
• Travel to Munich twice per month (each visit approximately 3 days)
