AI Agent Developer & Prompt Engineer

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI, automation, software engineering, or related areas
• Ability to automate business processes using AI-driven systems (agentic AI)
• Hands-on experience designing and refining AI agents with prompt engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain)
• Capability to test, simulate, and optimize agentic AI systems
• Experience collecting and preprocessing voice data from call center environments
• Ability to develop and execute diverse testing methodologies including functional, integration, regression, and AI-specific tests
• Knowledge of quality assurance aligned with evolving AI capabilities and industry standards

Nice to have:

• Experience with continuous optimization techniques for AI system performance
• Background in improving testing methodologies for agentic AI systems

• Designing, building, and refining AI-driven agentic systems using large language models
• Automating business processes with AI agents
• Creating and optimizing prompts for AI agent behavior
