• Analyze the existing project plan.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for implementing parts of the plan.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular reports.
• Identify and resolve issues arising during project execution.
• Dive into detailed levels of architecture and implementation for effective supervision.
• Use experience and knowledge from similar implementations to make project decisions.
